The young intern just started in the top secret laboratory today. He had spent the last few days in training, learning about the man who the scientists were researching. Some sort of creature that looked like a man, but was much more animal-like in nature.
It had initially been created as a soldier, but there was greater health and medical knowledge that could be learned from testing on it.
The young man entered the laboratory in his new lab coat with his name tag dangling from the pocket.
"Can you take a punch?" the scientist asked of his young intern assistant.
"Of course I can." Replied the young assistant.
"Good, then you can go in there with him. Let him punch you once in the belly. If you can take it, you will have earned his trust."
The young assistant removed his shirt, as he had been taught in during training and entered into the holding chamber. He calmly approached the man huddled in the corner. When the man noticed the timid, but brave young man, he stood up and approached.
The assistant placed his hands behind his back. His mentor had told him to do this as this would be a sign that he was welcoming the test of trust.
The man looked over the young intern. He reached out, and ran his fingertip from the young man's navel, up to his chest and back down again. Then in a swift move, he pulled back his arm and rammed it forward at full-thrust into the intern's navel.
The young man instantly flexed his muscles, but felt them give way. He dared not look down, but was aware that the punch had made some significant damage, as he could feel the man's fingers moving inside of him.
He stared straight into the eyes of the man whose mouth was starting to water. The man ripped out the intern's guts and the young man collapsed down to his knees as the man began feasting on a handful of his intestines.
Within about a minute, the intern fell over dead.
"Okay, gentlemen, the creature has been fed." a voice came over the intercom. The scientist then entered into the containment area and performed his tests on the creature as it feasted on the poor young intern.
